Didriksons AW21 Photography Campaign

Founded way back in 1913 Didriksons has a simple philosophy. Rather than challenge the elements, they adapt to them. After tremendous success on our first project with Didriksons, they came back to us wanting promotional material for their AW21 collection. Of course we said yes.

All images shot on the Sony Alpha A7RIV with a combination of the Zeiss Batis 85 1.8, Sony 90mm Macro & GMaster 16-35 2.8.

During the later months of 2021, we shot a series of images across Snowdonia, Wales and the Peak District, Northern England putting their jackets to the test. From moody coastlines, to untouched forests, to rugged mountains with intense winds and rain, we certainly got to see what the Didriksons jackets are capable of.

Calla Parka / Pomme Red

The Calla Jacket (pictured above) is made for even the coldest days of winter. With its fully windproof and waterproof design, taped seams and related fit it arrives in three gorgeous colours, our favourite: Pomme Red. It also features plenty of reflective detailing throughout the jacket, even within the faux fur trim!

With no detail left untouched you’ll find endless pockets and storage solutions within the Didriksons jackets, not only adding to their style, but also coming in practical keeping all our essentials dry and safe from the elements.

No matter the occasion the jackets worked seamlessly. City, mountain or lake, Didriksons have thought of it all with superior function, design and attention to detail.

We often find ourselves amongst pretty intense conditions. As much as we prepare in advance, when you’re 700ft up amongst mother nature, conditions can turn in a blink of an eye. It is important that our outwear allows us to keep going, whilst keeping us warm, dry and most importantly… looking good! The Didriksons AW21 collection certainly did that.

Snowdonia / Wales

Dante Parka / Black

Dante (picture above on the right) is the warmest jacket out of the men’s AW21 collection - it certainly did it’s job well amongst our high altitude hike up in Snowdonia, Wales. Featuring six front pockets, magnetic fasteners, adjustable.. well… almost everything, the Dante felt very well fitted, and a great choice for physically demanding activities with ventilation zips on either side of the jacket.

Damn does the Li Parka (pictured above) look stunning in the rain!

With our week of adventuring around Northern Wales with the Didriksons AW21 collection coming to end, we were surprised with a gorgeous moody sunset across the coast. Overall our experience with the jackets was absolutely fantastic, the blend of style, warmth, waterproofing and functionality worked a charm across all the various terrains we took them. We absolutely recommend picking one up for the colder months!
